Coachella Party Photo Texts — Terms & Conditions

1. Program Name

Coachella Party Photo Texts, operated by Air4Media LLC, 74485 Goleta Ave, Palm Desert, CA 92260.

2. Consent

In the Coachella Party mobile app, after you take a photo, the app offers to text it to you. By typing your mobile number and tapping “Text it to me”, you give consent directly to Coachella Party (Air4Media LLC), not to any third party or affiliate, to receive a text message with a link to that photo.

Entering a number is optional. Tap “No thanks, just save my photo” (or “No thanks, show my QR code” at an event booth) and you still get your photo; no text is sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Description of Messages

One text message with a link to the photo you asked for. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Message Frequency

One message per photo you request. There are no recurring messages.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Coachella Party does not charge for text messages.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to receive texts again.

7. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message, or email smile@coachellaparty.com.

8. No Third-Party Data Sharing

Consumer data and message opt-in information are not shared, sold, or bought by third parties or affiliates. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Eligibility

The program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers. By entering a number, you confirm that it is your own mobile number or that you are authorized to receive text messages at it.
