Information We Collect

When you type your mobile number in the Coachella Party app and tap “Text it to me”, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number;
• Which photo you asked to receive, so we can send you the right link;
• The date and time of your request;
• Message delivery status, for customer-support purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use your mobile number solely to operate the Program: to send you the link to the photo you requested, to honor opt-out (STOP) requests, and to respond to HELP requests. We do not use it for marketing or for any other purpose.

How We Share Your Information

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or buy mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the message you requested. We may disclose information where required by law.

Message Frequency

One message per photo you request. There are no recurring messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Coachella Party does not charge for text messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to receive texts again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Retention

We keep your number together with the text we sent and its delivery status, for customer support and as the record of your request. Opt-out requests are kept so that we never text you again after you reply STOP.
