Who We Are

Coachella Party is owned and operated by Air4Media LLC, 74485 Goleta Ave, Palm Desert, CA 92260. This policy covers coachellaparty.app, coachellaparty.com and the Coachella Party mobile app, together "the service".

What We Collect

• Photos you take: selfies you capture in the app or at one of our booths, and the AI photos we create from them.
• Phone number: only if you ask us to text you your photo.
• Email address: only if you provide it to receive photos or to contact us.
• Booking details: name and event information when you book our services.
• Basic technical data: device type and app version, used to run and improve the service.

Your Face & AI Photos

Your photo is used for one purpose: creating the stylized AI photo you asked for. We do not use your photos to identify you, we do not build facial recognition databases, and we never sell your photos or your personal data.

AI processing is performed by our rendering providers strictly to generate your image, on our behalf.

Payments

Purchases in the Coachella Party app (subscriptions and photo credits) are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your card details. Event bookings are invoiced separately through our payment processor.

Texts & Photo Delivery

When you enter your phone number, we send your photo link by SMS through our messaging provider. Message and data rates may apply. We text you the photo you requested; we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Storage, Retention & Deletion

Photos are stored securely in cloud storage so your gallery and share links keep working.

You can request deletion of your photos and personal information at any time through our contact page or by email. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service: AI rendering, cloud storage, and SMS delivery. They process your data solely on our behalf. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. California residents also have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
